About this tool

Fire & life safety inspection documentation, built for independent inspectors and small inspection companies.

What it does

Walk a building, record a short voice note and a photo for each device you check — fire extinguishers, sprinkler heads, alarm panels, exit signs, emergency lighting, smoke detectors, pull stations, standpipes, and kitchen hood suppression systems. When the inspection is complete, the app sends that field data to an AI model, which drafts a formatted inspection report: a summary, per-device findings, a deficiencies list, an overall compliance status, and recommended follow-up actions.

Who it's for

Independent fire inspectors and small inspection companies who currently spend hours each night writing up reports by hand after a day of site visits.

Jurisdictions supported

Currently California, USA and Sweden. Each jurisdiction shapes which standards the AI report references (e.g. NFPA in the US; Lag om skydd mot olyckor, Boverkets byggregler, and SBF standards in Sweden) — more jurisdictions can be added over time. For Swedish sites, see Systematiskt brandskyddsarbete (SBA) for background on the compliance framework this app references.

Important: this is an MVP

Report language is drafted by an AI model and has not been reviewed against certified inspection templates for any jurisdiction. Every report is clearly marked SAMPLE and flags anywhere it would normally cite a specific code section, so you know exactly what to verify. Always have a qualified, licensed inspector review a report before it's issued to a client.
